The food at Buff's is absolutely amazing! On each of my visits the food was perfect and the staff was friendly, patient, and helpful. What makes this place stand out is that all of their food is cooked to order and it tastes completely homemade! Their steak fingers are the real deal with actual tenderized steak and not minced meat. Their fries are some of the best fries I've had because they had a great flavor, were seasoned well, and they were fried perfectly. Their bacon cheeseburger was great with lots of thick bacon and their breakfast burritos were to die for. Even the included salsa for the burrito was homemade! Since Buff's is a fast casual, self service, made to order restaurant it would be wise to call in your order ahead of time or you can patiently dine in in their cozy space. I will definitely be back for more of that great food at Buff's!

If you're in Canyon, this is the place you have to be.
Stopped by on our road trip and this place did not disappoint!!
My kids really loved playing in the sandpit while waiting for the food to come out (despite this Mom's personal ickiness about sand pits but that's a story for another day)
The food came out pretty quickly and the staff were super nice. The hubs kitchen sink was not supposed to have cheese (he is dairy allergic) and they were so nice to bring him another one without.
The biscuits and gravy is one of my kid's litmus test for how good a brunch place is. She said it's one of the best she's had (and she's had it A LOT).
My other kiddo opted for the French toast + bacon (which she placed on my plate). The French toast was perfect amount and the slices were thick! She loved putting her syrup on and eating away!
I just got a simple 1 egg scrambled with an English muffin and it filled me up! Protein for a day of hiking and touring.
If you get the chance, sit al fresco outside. It was shady and so refreshing! -

I've tried to give this place a lot of chances but ultimately they've failed. The 1 Star is for the cheese curds, other than that I'm not down with being scolded at a drive through for not calling my order in ahead of time. 3 times in fact, and each time the drive through was empty.

The food was really good, the service is ok. It's billed as self serve, which is fine, but they didn't bring out the whole order. The layout of the place is a little odd too, I felt like we were coming in through the back door. Back to the food - the omelet was huge, we should have just shared that! I had one egg, bacon, hash browns and a biscuit. Everything was tasty and plentiful.

They have great hamburgers here, crisp on the outside yet juicy. My wife and daughters had burgers, and they loved them. The green pork chili was fine, but I made a mistake, I should've gotten a burger!
